Here are just a few of our favourite recipes using our great Wicked Dips.
Creamy Banana Pie
20 cm/8 inch ready made pastry case
1 1/2 tubs Wicked Caramel Dip
Lemon Juice
150ml thickened cream, whipped
2 Tablespoons toasted flaked almonds
Peel and slice bananas, sprinkle with lemon juice. Layer half the slices in the pastry case. Heat the caramel in the microwave (lid off) for 10 seconds and pour half over the bananas. Repeat this process. Top with the cream, and sprinkle the almonds.

White Chocolate Mousse
1 ½ tubs white chocolate
2 eggs
300ml thickened cream, whipped
½ punnet Blueberries
Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks into the Wicked White Chocolate Dip, then fold on the cream. Whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks, then fold into mixture. Gently stir the blueberries into the mixture, and spoon into glass compotes. Chill for 6 hours, or overnight until the mixture sets.

Strawberry Marshmallow Kebabs
One punnet strawberries
One tub Wicked Chocolate Dip
One packet marshmallows
Kebab sticks
Simply alternate the strawberries and the marshmallows on the kebab stick.
Remove the lid from the tub and warm the dip slightly in the microwave. Brush generously over kebabs. Serve immediately, preferably accompanied by chilled sparkling wine!!
